Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Order Cancellations
Please carefully check the size, color, quantity, recipient, and shipping address before making a payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be easily changed. If you wish to cancel an order, please email service@moweekender.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Note:
1. Cancellations made more than 12 hours after placing an order will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
2. Cancellations made more than 7 days after placing an order will not be accepted.

Exchanges
After placing an order, if you feel the size may not be suitable for you or you would like to exchange the size, please email our customer service representative at service@moweekender.com. Our customer service representative will respond within 24 hours.

Please note that if there is a price difference after exchanging the size, we will charge a fee or refund the price, depending on the circumstances. We recommend that you avoid products with a price difference of more than $1 to avoid any price difference.

Returns

We would be very disappointed if you are not 100% satisfied with the merchandise you receive. Please read our return policy below:

Return Policy

1. If you decide an item is not right for you, you may return it to us within seven (7) days of receiving it.

2. The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimsuits, and lingerie.

3. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

4. Items returned without first contacting our customer service representative will not be accepted. Please note that the address on the packing slip is not our return address. Items sent there will not be accepted for return.

5. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

6. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned package. For customers who paid using PayPal, your refund will be processed within 2 days of receiving your package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package.

If the returned item is shipped internationally, please mark it as "Return" to avoid any customs fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred in returning the package. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the original payment method. If the product or packaging is found to have been used or damaged, we will notify the buyer and reserve the right to deduct any depreciation from the refund.

8. Customers only pay for shipping once (including restocking fees); no restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returns.

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Please follow the steps below to process your return:

1. Contact our customer service representative through your account. Alternatively, you can email service@moweekender.com. Specify the item you are returning and the reason for your return. 2.

Our customer service representative will respond to you within 24 hours and process your return request. 3.

Place the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Please include the return address you received from our customer service representative on the package.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or refund to your account according to our return policy.

Note: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier you choose.

If the item is damaged or the product information is incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the resulting shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for returns.

Buyers must confirm the return address before returning the item to the seller. If the buyer returns the item to an unconfirmed address without communicating with the seller and confirming the return address, the return will be considered invalid and the seller will not accept any refund request.
